Alfasect is the first choice spray treatment for insect pests. It is a high-performance residual insecticide with a broad spectrum of action against a large variety of insect pests.
Alfasect SC an insecticide for crawling and flying insects like ants, bedbugs, cock, cockroaches, moths red mites, fleas, flies, mosquitoes, etc. Product may also be used in poultry houses against poultry red mite and litter beetle.

It is suitable for use in and around private households, public facilities such as hospitals, schools, restaurants or canteens and in the food and drink industry.

Active ingredient:  Alpha-cypermethrin 6%

Synthetic pyrethroids block the neuronal sodium channels, leading to hyperexcitation, disordered movements followed by the death of the insect.

It delivers immediate results with insects showing the signs of sensitization within 5 minutes, full knockdown after 30 minutes and death within 24 hours.

Usage:
ALFASECT is an insecticide for professional use against crawling and flying insects such as ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas, flies, mosquitoes, moths red mites, and litter beetles in such situations as domestic and commercial properties including hospitals, hotels, restaurants, kitchens, and food processing plants. For use as a cracks and crevices treatment.

Normal rate:
For the routine treatment of crawling and flying pests.
Dilute 5-10 ml of product in 1 liter of water, then apply 1 liter of diluted formulation per 20 square meters of the surface.

Special rate:
For use where extreme residual action is required and/or surfaces are dirty or highly absorbent.
Apply using any conventional manual or power sprayer equipped to produce a coarse spray. Add the appropriate volume of Alfasect to the required volume of clean water and agitate. Apply to surfaces frequented by pests, especially cracks, crevices, and behind furnishings and equipment.

Flying insects: Apply to surfaces where insects settle.

Cockroaches and other crawling insects: Spray around service ducts, behind and under fittings and equipment. If insects are entering from outside, spray barrier strips 10 cm wide at doors, windows, etc.

Litter beetles (lesser mealworm): Apply as a routine treatment after clean-out and before each new crop. Spray all vertical surfaces, e. g. walls, dividers and posts, and ensure an overlap on to ceilings. It is not necessary to treat the floor.

Red mite: Apply at the normal rate at the beginning of the crop cycle before the birds enter the house. Spray the entire surfaces of cages, nest boxes, percheries, and floors where appropriate. Pay particular attention to corners, cracks, and crevices which may harbor mites.

Do not re-enter in treated premises before 12 hours after application.
